Ivy Cottage Update
The world of weddings has been a little crazy, and I know lots of couples are having a heartbreaking time rearranging their weddings, and even just coming to terms with the fact your big day wont be going ahead.
In line with government guidelines we are limiting our time in the studio, for the safety of our staff, families and customers, but we are still producing orders but at a much slower pace.
We have also made the decision to limit courier collections to once per week, this is to minimise contact. We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries, both companies are able to provide a no contact delivery service.
We have already spoken to lots of couples who have changed their plans and we want to help you all in whatever way we can.
So what can we do during such strange and uncertain times.
If you have ordered personalised items from us and your wedding is no longer going ahead on that date, please get in touch with us, we are happy to repaint your signs free of charge, we just ask that you organise postage back to us.
If your order has not left, we are able to change any details on your orders if we have not made them (if you know them), or leave any dates off.
Hold any orders until you have set in stone your new plans
Leave any dates off so signs and other decor can be used no matter when your big day arrives.
We are still open for orders, so keep browsing, and planning your wedding or event, it can help with surviving lockdown.
We have introduced a deposit option, so you can place your orders for future date, and pay a deposit, this means we can balance our workload, and you can tick something off your wedding list. The balance will then be due before we make your items, typically 2-3 weeks before they are due to be shipped.
You are more than welcome to pay in full if this suits your budget, we will then pop your order onto our current production time which is estimated at 6-8 weeks at the moment.
We will of course, be sharing lots of lovely inspirations, product pics and ideas to help us all during this time so join us on our facebook page or over on instagram for lots of wedding and party loveliness.
Take Care and stay safe
